We have added a couple of new classes to the daily schedule to better serve our athletes. The weekend schedule remains intact.

Monday through Friday:
6:00 AM

8:30 AM (New Class)
12:00 PM
4:00 PM (New Class)
5:00 PM
6:00 PM
7:00 PM* (No 7pm on Friday)

Front Squat

5 sets of 3-5 reps per set, work up to a heavy but not 3/5RM load

2K Row/DU TT

As many reps as possible in 10 minutes:
2000m row
Double-Unders

Ten minute alloted time.  Row 2K, and in the time remaining of the 10 minute block complete as many double unders as possible.  Score is row time in seconds divided by double under score.  Lowest coefficient has highest score. (8 min (480sec) 2K/150 double unders=3.2).

Post front squat loading and time trial score to comments.

With a continuously running clock:

5 minutes: obtain a heavy single on snatch
5 minutes: AMRAP of chest-to-bar Cindy
5 minutes: max calories rowed

From the first second of snatching to the last second of rowing, the clock does not stop.

1 round of Cindy: 5 chest-to-bar pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats

Post snatch load, Cindy score, and total number of calories to comments.
