New Weekday Schedule

We have added a couple of new classes to the daily schedule to better serve our athletes. The weekend schedule remains intact.

Monday through Friday:
6:00 AM
7:00 AM
8:30 AM (New Class)
12:00 PM
4:00 PM (New Class)
5:00 PM
6:00 PM
7:00 PM* (No 7pm on Friday)

About Me: I teach English at an alternative high school downtown and LOVE my job.
Short Term Goals:
  • successfully execute kipping pullups, at least ten to twenty in a row (10 in a row 2/2/10),
  • run 800m in 3:10 or less
  • 5k sub 26 minutes
  • deadlift 230#
  • master OHS (90#x3, 12/09), Clean and Jerk (103#, 12/09), Thruster, and handstand push ups (no more prison-shower ones! Did 10 in a row with 2 abmats on 1/25/10 finally!)
  • snatch and press 100# (snatch: about 25# away; press: 10# away)
  • clean 120#
  • complete benchmark WODs rx'd (getting there!)
  • unassisted ring dips
Long Term Goals:
  • earn a certification in nutrition or running
  • compete in the CrossFit Qualifiers in whatever city/state I live at the time
  • execute a muscle-up
