New Weekday Schedule

We have added a couple of new classes to the daily schedule to better serve our athletes. The weekend schedule remains intact.

Monday through Friday:
6:00 AM
7:00 AM
8:30 AM (New Class)
12:00 PM
4:00 PM (New Class)
5:00 PM
6:00 PM
7:00 PM* (No 7pm on Friday)

About Me: Three amazing kids....my heart and soul. 39 years old and trying not to let fathertime beat me. I figured crossfit was a good way to fight the fight.
Short Term Goals: I need to get the form down on the following movements:

OHS
Snatch
Clean
Jerk

I'm going to try to get 10-15 reps on at least one of these exercises after at least 3 workouts each week. 

I need to learn to kip CHECK!!

I need to learn to MU CHECK!!

I need to learn DUs  CHECK!!

Move forward every day.......
  
Long Term Goals:
  • Sub 6 minute mile - current PR 6:23
  • Sub 1 minute 400 - current PR 1:07
  • 70# weighted Pull 3x
  • Max pull-ups of 30 (current PR of 26 as of 3/7)
  • Complete the Death by Thrusters WOD as Rx'd  (100 thrusters in 20min @ 95# / 5 burpees on the minute) - current PR 67 reps
  • Sub 8 minute Fran  - PR of 10:28.....sad  CHECK!!! 7.48
  • Sub 6 Minute Fran - PR of 7:48
  • Sub 10 minute unbroken Helen - PR of 10:15 on 11/9
  • Sub 4 minute Grace - current PR of 5:16
  • Row 5k in sub 20 minutes
  • Be able to do 5 MUs in a row (Curent PR is 3) CHECK!! Jan 23, 2010
  • Achieve 25 double unders in a row (Current PR is 8)
  • Complete 50 burpees in sub 2 mins  CHECK!!

I got a lot of work to do.....
