About Me:
Three amazing kids....my heart and soul. 39 years old and trying not to let fathertime beat me. I figured crossfit was a good way to fight the fight.
Short Term Goals:
I need to get the form down on the following movements:

- Sub 6 minute mile - current PR 6:23
- Sub 1 minute 400 - current PR 1:07
- 70# weighted Pull 3x
- Max pull-ups of 30 (current PR of 26 as of 3/7)
- Complete the Death by Thrusters WOD as Rx'd (100 thrusters in 20min @ 95# / 5 burpees on the minute) - current PR 67 reps
- Sub 8 minute Fran - PR of 10:28.....sad CHECK!!! 7.48
- Sub 6 Minute Fran - PR of 7:48
- Sub 10 minute unbroken Helen - PR of 10:15 on 11/9
- Sub 4 minute Grace - current PR of 5:16
- Row 5k in sub 20 minutes
- Be able to do 5 MUs in a row (Curent PR is 3) CHECK!! Jan 23, 2010
- Achieve 25 double unders in a row (Current PR is 8)
- Complete 50 burpees in sub 2 mins CHECK!!
