New Weekday Schedule

We have added a couple of new classes to the daily schedule to better serve our athletes. The weekend schedule remains intact.

Monday through Friday:
6:00 AM
7:00 AM
8:30 AM (New Class)
12:00 PM
4:00 PM (New Class)
5:00 PM
6:00 PM
7:00 PM* (No 7pm on Friday)

About Me: If exercise is addictive, Crossfit is the cocaine of exercise. My wife and I have 2 awesome boys in 3rd and 5th grade that keep us active. I occasionally bring the boys to the gym on the weekend and they love climbing on the pull up bars and sometimes workout with their old man. I'm also the Cubmaster for about 45 Cub Scouts ranging in age from 5 to 10 years old. At the last campout, I introduced them to burpees when we did some morning exercises.
Short Term Goals:
  • Crossfit 4-5x/week
  • Rx all workouts except Heavy Deadlifts
  • HSPU w/o ab-mat
  • Consistent DU
Long Term Goals: Compete in the 2016 Crossfit Games Masters Division.
