New Weekday Schedule

We have added a couple of new classes to the daily schedule to better serve our athletes. The weekend schedule remains intact.

Monday through Friday:
6:00 AM
7:00 AM
8:30 AM (New Class)
12:00 PM
4:00 PM (New Class)
5:00 PM
6:00 PM
7:00 PM* (No 7pm on Friday)

About Me: Married to wonderful, lovely lady (Barbara) have two awesome kids(see icon), Amanda (20) OK State, Jeffers (17) Jr. at Jesuit College Prep.
Short Term Goals:
Challenge myself every day and help someone else get better at every class!
  • Conquer pull up demon (20 = Conquer) progress 14 unbroken on 3/8/10
  • learn kipping - Check 3/1/10
  • DU's - 100 unbroken (68 on 6/8/10)
  • at least 10 pull-ups every day to improve my biggest weakness.
  • 500M Row in 1:30 or better (Current PR 1:33)
  • HSPU without abmat
  • Attemp rx'd unless MUs required every day.
  • practice the things I stink at
Remember good, better, best in Diet.
Run faster, jump higher and stop on a dime all with perfect form.
Long Term Goals:
  • Get on the Board at something in 2010
  • Make rx'd the norm not the exception
  • 50 DUs Check! (55 on 5/13/10)
  • 100 DUs
  • 1 MU
  • 10 PUs strict or otherwise (Check, 14 unbroken 3/8/10)
  • 20 PUs strict or otherwise (unbroken)
  • Compete (well) in Crossfit Masters in 2011.
