We have added a couple of new classes to the daily schedule to better serve our athletes. The weekend schedule remains intact.
Monday through Friday:
6:00 AM
7:00 AM
8:30 AM (New Class)
12:00 PM
4:00 PM (New Class)
5:00 PM
6:00 PM
7:00 PM* (No 7pm on Friday)

About Me:
Married, 3 beautiful and inqusitive girls 1 - 8 years old, they have a great mom too, I am in the commercial real estate business
I started Crossfit at the end of June 2009 and I have seen what it can do, I am a work in progress but keep making forward steps
Short Term Goals:
Loose some weight and gain more core strength first and second, get better at everything. I have been running and lifting some weights for a long time but after doing a boot camp in the spring, I realized I was not in very good shape and there were avenues to new challenges. I have set a personal benchmark now and I am enjoying pushing for better form, times, etc.
