New Weekday Schedule

We have added a couple of new classes to the daily schedule to better serve our athletes. The weekend schedule remains intact.

Monday through Friday:
6:00 AM
7:00 AM
8:30 AM (New Class)
12:00 PM
4:00 PM (New Class)
5:00 PM
6:00 PM
7:00 PM* (No 7pm on Friday)

About Me: A former Marine officer, I joined Crossfit to help me stay fit for the 2-3 triathlons (sprint and Olympic distance) I run each year.
Long Term Goals:

Deadlift 2x bodyweight, OHS 1x bodyweight, front squat 1.5 bodyweight.

Avoid developing a pear-shaped body and keep the Grim Reaper at bay as long as I can.

Continue my tradition of backpacking the Grand Canyon every Christmas for many years.

Observe a paleo diet for more than 72 hours. 

Finish an Olympic tri in under 2:30.
