Whether you participate in group or individual training, CFDC is in the business of supporting and ensuring you get what you came for.

 

INTRO TO CROSSFIT

We take every new athlete through a series of one-on-one sessions to indoctrinate you to CrossFit and the way we do fitness at CFDC. Included is an introduction and structured practice of all the foundation movements in CrossFit, as well as intentional conversations about how to be safe through scaling, teach you the nutritional strategies that we’ve used to get life-changing results, and ensure that you understand how to ramp-up intensity so you can be with us for a long time.
 


CFDC GROUP TRAINING

The group class is our strength and conditioning program based on the classic tenants of CrossFit: varied workouts comprised of gymnastics, weightlifting and endurance activities (like running & rowing) with varying degrees of duration to create a potent result. We’re not gonna lie, these workouts are tough; but scaling and ensuring your safety and individual attention is what we excel at.
 

Pricing: $199/month UNLIMITED, $175/month 3x a week: 

  • Unlimited access to any group class. 

  • Membership in CFDC specialty clubs including 'Barbell Club' 

[$25 Discount available for students, military, family, or couples]

CFDC INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM DESIGN

CFDC IPD is the most effective and efficient way to hit your mark with results. Your coach will work with you to help define your goals, conduct a comprehensive assessment of your starting point and coach you one-on-one through a custom designed program specifically aimed at achieving your goals as quickly as possible
 

Pricing: $299/month. Includes:

  • Continued Group Class membership 

  • Personalized Coaching

  • Program Design & Monitoring

  • Troubleshooting & Continued Assessment of Progress


CFDC PERSONAL TRAINING

CFDC Personal Training is perfect for those that want the most out of their training and results. Whether you are just getting started on your fitness journey or looking to evolve as your fitness develops, we are trained to give you the support you need. You can set up a single appointment or a recurring arrangement based on your needs. CFDC personal training sessions are a perfect compliment to add on to your CFDC Individual Program Design or CFDC Group Training Membership. Non-CFDC members are also more than welcome to come in and work one-on-one with our CFDC coaches.
 

Pricing: Varied (based upon frequency and coach). Includes:

  • One-on-One Coaching (2-5x week)
  • Program Design & Monitoring

  • Troubleshooting & Continued Assessment of Progress

  • Nutrition and lifestyle coaching (daily habits, lessons, and assignments)
