minute 2: do 2 burpees and 2 strict press
-continue until you cannot get in the rx'd number of reps
-rest 3 mins
minute 1: do 1 burpee and 1 deadlift (110/75k)
minute 2: do 2 burpees and 2 deadlift

post total work time including rest
