AMRAP IN 20 MINUTES:
5 PULLUPS
10 PUSHUPS
15 AIR SQUATS
 

PERFORMANCE METRIC

The 20 minutes amrap will be the workout you'll enter into your profile for whole life challenge. In 56 days we will retest the workout. If you scaled any portion of the workout, make sure you make a note of it, as you'll want to recreate the same parameters surrounding your retest.

 

 

BODY MEASUREMENTS
There are only 2 body measurements that are required:

  1. Circumference of your waist at your navel
  2. Circumference of your hips at the widest part of your buttocks

Once you take these measurements you will enter them on the WLC website. 

We also highly recommend that you track other important health markers on your own, including:

  • Before, During, and After photographs
  • Weight
  • Body fat percentage
  • Blood pressure
  • Resting heart rate
  • Cholesterol and other blood panel data
