work up to a heavy shoulder press
immediately followed by
90% of that single x 1 rep x 2 sets

then,
3 sets, no rest between, of:
strict handstand pushups
strict ring dips
clapping pushups

then,
"Partner DT"
5 rounds each for time:
12 Deadlift (70/50k)
9 Hang power cleans (70/50k)
6 Push jerks (70/50k)
Rest while partner completes a round.
