WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

Every Minute on the Minute for 10 minutes:
4 Strict handstand push-ups
4 Strict chest to bar pull-ups

Scale chest to bar pull-ups with a band.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Strict knees-to-elbows
20 Pistols, alternating
30ft Handstand walk

Workout Notes: 
*Every 5ft for handstand walk is considered 1 rep
