600 m Farmers Carry 53/35

400 m Front Rack Carry 53/35

200 m Overhead Carry 53/35

*Teams are ideally 2 people and can divide up the carries between them in any manner they choose. One must be completed before the next starts, and so on.

Rest 5 mins, then

5 rounds for time of:

35 double unders

30 air squats

25 wall ball shots

*Partner A begins and does 35 double unders, partner B does 30 squats, and partner A does 25 wall ball shots. That is one complete round. Then for round 2 Person B begins and does 35 DU's, person A does 30 squats, etc etc etc
