WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

E2MOM x 6:
work up to a heavy single for bench press

Then,
3 sets, no rest between, of:
strict handstand pushups
strict ring dips
clapping pushups

Then,
Death by Strict Pull-Ups
Minute 1: 1 strict pull-up
Minute 2: 2 strict pull-ups
Continue each minute adding 1 rep until failure to complete reps in given minute. Use as many sets as needed to complete reps, these do not need to be unbroken.
