Every Minute on the minute, alternate between:
Power Clean (On the odd minutes)
Push Jerk (on the even miutes)
-on minutes 1 & 2 = 2 reps
-on minutes 3 & 4 = 4 reps
-on minutes 5 & 6 = 6 reps
-on minutes 7 & 8 = 8 reps
-on minutes 9 & 10 = 10 reps
-on minutes 11 & 12 = 12 reps
- on minutes 13 & 14 = 14 reps
