WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

E2-3MOM for 12 min:
Work up to a heavy 2 rep partial deadlift (starting right below the knee until standing)
-could be from the pins, j cups, or stacked plates (have a brain though)

Then,
Single Leg DB Deadlift, 3x15 per leg

then,
5 Rounds for Time:
50 Meter frog jump
10 Box Jumps (30"/24")
Rest 2 minutes between rounds
