Back Squat

Work up to a quick heavy single

"Heavy Helen"

3 rounds, AQAP:
400m run
21 Kettlebell Swings, 2 pood
12 Chest-to-bar pull-ups

Post back squat loading and Heavy Helen time to comments.
Make sure to eat a balanced protein/carb/fat meal 45-60 minutes post workout.

Erin - hehe, didn't see your comment until this morning, and I have to admit: O'Malley is the coolest dog ever and definitely made me want to get a dog, as long as it was just like him. That cat reminded me of my very own "special" kitty, Castor, who attacks orange peels in much the same way.

Rooster girls putting up PRs this am. 185# for me (15# PR), Carin hit 175# (massive 30 # PR) and Ashley also got 185#. Pretty sure Julie had a PR too. 12:51 on Helen (scaled to 35# and ring rows). Solid work this am. Chase we like the new watch, very Valentine!

If anyone is willing to hand over strength OR metcon abilities, I'd gladly stand in line for some of both!! And pay double for good form on snatch!
