Anti-Lazy Day

Anti-Lazy Day
Feb 14 2009

Thanks to all who came out today for the Fundamentals Lecture and the free Saturday workout.  Good times had by all! (And remember: if you have to puke, do it out the bay door...)

How many carbohydrates do you need?

Ketogenic Diet, Wikipedia

Crossfit Endurance

Remember, we're holding open gym hours for current athletes from 3-5pm tomorrow.

Thanks, Grant. The FAQ mentions something about a $25 drop-in fee. I think I will check-out the gym and see what it's about...if I can't workout (since I am not a member) at least I will be able to see what it's all about...

Joseph - That is how most of us started. You likely wont be allowed to use any of the equipment until you have completed the introductory course, which is truly valuable even if you are an experienced lifter. Saturdays at 10 am are the free "everyone welcome" workouts, and they are great. Bottom line, come by and meet some people, talk to a coach (Spencer, Sam or Koy), and see what its all about.
